What we will cover of the 4 weeks

Each Session will be at 7.30am AWST (Perth time) Starting July 5th

  • Session One: The Body - Learning to listen to what it is already telling you

  • Session Two: The stories we carry - where they come from, and how they limit us

  • Session Three: Building Momentum - small acts of self-trust that compound

  • Session Four: Sustaining Change - Using Ayurvedic tools for rhythm and resilience

  • I am not in Perth what will the time be?

    We recommend that you check the time zone conversion with WorldTimeBuddy.com to see what the 7:30 a.m. AWST will be in your time zone.

  • I can't make the session live. Will there be a replay?

    We will have replays available within the community supporting the program, and you will be able to watch them for up to 30 days post-program.

  • Will I be able to ask questions in between sessions?

    Yes, you will be able to ask Neerja questions inside our community, and she will check in regularly to make sure you're supported along the journey.
