Together we will explore: • gentle morning anchors that support clarity and digestion • how small pauses and transitions restore nervous system balance • evening practices that prepare the body for rest • what truly matters in daily rhythm and what can be simplified Rather than adding more to your day, this workshop helps you identify the few practices that make the greatest difference. ”

“When Emotions Feel Too Much - Or Too Frequent Most of us are not taught how to work with our emotional life. We learn to manage tasks, responsibilities, and expectations. But when it comes to emotions, the tendency is often to: push them aside… react quickly… or feel overwhelmed by them. Over time, this can affect not only mental and emotional wellbeing, but also energy, digestion, and overall vitality. From Ayurvedic perspective, emotional health is not separate from physical health. It is deeply connected. Mind and Body are two sides of the same coin. ”

Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, you are guided into a space between waking and sleep. A space where restoration happens naturally. Neerja Ahuja is Principal Consultant and Director, Ayurveda Awareness Centre (AAC). She is a trained consultant, therapist and classroom facilitator for courses run by AAC for nearly two decades now. Neerja leads regular educational seminars and workshops including cooking demos and weekend residential Ayurveda Retreats for nurturing and healing. Neerja’s work as course facilitator for nationally recognised courses, seminars, workshops, retreats and consultations with thousands of clients, has deepened her understanding of human psychology and why and how people get sick and how they can truly heal.
