“This April, the Ayurveda Awareness Collective invites you to a live Yoga Nidra session designed to support deep rest, mental quietude, and nervous system balance. Inner Stillness & Presence is the first restorative anchor of the year, a guided experience of conscious rest that allows the body to settle and the mind to soften, without effort or analysis. Yoga Nidra offers rest without sleep and clarity without concentration. It is a practice of allowing, rather than doing. During the session, you will be guided with the Sankalpa: I am anchored in stillness. I am present in this moment. ”

“Many people begin exploring Ayurveda hoping to discover the perfect routine, something they can follow every day to maintain wellbeing. But real life rarely works that way. Energy changes. Work fluctuates. Seasons shift. Responsibilities evolve. Ayurveda teaches that balance is not something we achieve once and maintain forever. Neerja Ahuja

Neerja Ahuja is Principal Consultant and Director, Ayurveda Awareness Centre (AAC). She is a trained consultant, therapist and classroom facilitator for courses run by AAC for nearly two decades now. Neerja leads regular educational seminars and workshops including cooking demos and weekend residential Ayurveda Retreats for nurturing and healing. Neerja’s work as course facilitator for nationally recognised courses, seminars, workshops, retreats and consultations with thousands of clients, has deepened her understanding of human psychology and why and how people get sick and how they can truly heal.
